How can i re-learn spanish?

I was born in Elsa, Texas. I lived there with my Dad's family. My family mostly spoke spanish. So naturally Spanish is my first language, but i moved to Austin, Texas when i was 5. My Mom then would just speak English to me being as how that is her dominate language. So i forgot ALOT. I was able to keep a somewhat comprehension of Spanish as my Mother's parent's speak spanish alot too. But i cannot hold a conversation. I was wondering what are a couple of ways to learn? I mean all my friends speak spanish, so i speak spanglish with them, i watch spanish tv and listen to spanish music ALL day. But what can i do to further my study?
