Does anyone know the name of the person who sang "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" at end of "You've Got Mail"?

What a tremendous voice that person had. It was not Judy Garland, not Celine Dion......sounded like a tenor, a man, possibly. I watch the DVD sometimes just to hear the ending song!
