Iguana help asap? he cant move his back legs?

I noticed my iguana layin on tank floor and he wasn't moving. I moved him and realized he can't move his back legs for some reason. He was fine yesterday. I plan on call the vet in the morning but I just wanna know if anyone might know what's going on with him. He is a baby about 6mths old. Thanks
