Jehovah's Witnesses: Is the truth in the eye of the Beholder?

God does speak to us through his word. John the Baptist said I baptize with water(repentance) but one will come baptizing with fire (truth). When we are in tune with the holy spirit we reap the fruit of the Spirit. When we are not God keeps refining us with the fire of truth. Gold is not considered pure until all the impurities have been burned out of it.
