Neighbour angry at our crying baby...?

During daylight hours I would go over and talk to him about it... if he has that much of an issue offer him a pair of earplugs. Obviously he doesn't understand that it is COMPLETELY out of your control. Sometimes kids just cry and as parents we are as hopeless as anyone else.
