Will Tea Party move crosshairs to GOP leaders for 'replace' in Repeal/Replace politically speaking?

Same prescription, different pharmacy isn't it? Politically speaking has the Tea Party moved cross hairs to GOP leaders targeting them for the 'Replace' in Repeal & Replace, politically speaking. Some would say they already have i.e. Eric Cantor.
