With Delhomme out week 14, start Branch for Steve Smith at wr? Also, D. Williams or Dunn at rb week 14?

First of all, Delhomme is not out for sure but even if he is, I still like Smith. Weinke will get him the ball enough. Smith can take those 5 to 10 yard pes a long way. And as for the RB's, I like Williams against a banged up Giants D-Line, but I'd have to play Dunn here for the fact that Vick is still struggling so the Falcons will have to rely on the run more, and Williams is a back up, so he'll have to do a lot more with a lot less carries.
