Can my landlord charge me these fees?

I live in Michigan. I just moved out of an apartment which I occupied for 2 and half years. I paid 87.00 move in special and that was for deposit. I got an inventory checklist through the mail saying I owe 439.00. Here's what they are for. 4 new drip pans(I know that's not for the fridge it only has 2 and I cleaned them good. 25$ hour for 8 hours of cleaning. That apartment was clean from front to back and I have pictures and my neighbor came over to say bye and noticed how clean it was. 42.00 for a blind. A regular blind. I had no blinds missing at all 1 or 2 might had a very bends but thats it. Claim I put a hole in the back yard I'm 28 years old why would I dig a hole. I'm right by the playground where tons of kids hang out at the back of that place. Porch slab stain? I think my garbage bag with cooking oil waste on it. Do you think these are reasonable prices because I sure do not.
