Pharmacy or Premed with a Summary Offense? My 18 yr old pled guilty (not drug/alcohol)?

Dumb, dumb, dumb. My kid and his friends had a band concert at a pavilion at a public park (all the bands were comprised of kids in their school.) They decided to charge enough to pay to rent the pavilion. My kid collected at the door, and got cited for a Summary Offense (no profit events permitted in the park). Rather than tell me, he just pled guilty and paid the citation thinking that it was like a parking ticket. He is majoring in prepharmacy-premed. I see that a Summary Offense is less than a misdemeanor, but is still a criminal offense. Could this affect his ability to get licensed in the future? We live in PA, but he wants to relocate to another state.

Is there such a thing? My cat really needs to lose some weight because I am starting to get concerned about it. The vet has never said anything about it, and even when I ask if he's too fat, she doesn't seem too knowledgeable about cat nutrition, though she is very smart with everything else. I have done lots of research from a very good site, but the only examples it offered were expensive food that had to be delivered to your doorstep, frozen. I have mice in my apartment.Im scared....?

I have been hearing mouse noises lately and a few days ago I saw the first mouse in my apartment in my kitchen. My husband was able to get 2 mice out of the house by barracading and pushing them out the door with the broom. We have since seen another one in the kitchen that likes to stay under kitchen sink,oven and refrigerator. we have not been able to get that one. I contacted my leasing office and they said they would have the exterminator that usually comes out to spray for bugs every month, come spray for mice. I've been on Yasmin (higher dosage of Yaz) for about two and a half months now. I was on it before, but I got my refills a month late so I had to start again. Now...I researched Yasmin some more and some updated info said that if I forgot to take my pill at the same time...I would still be protected from becoming pregnant for a day. Also, I took the morning after pill Norlevo on Tuesday, so within 48 hours of having . I'm still really worried though, and I was wondering if anyone had any idea how much of a chance there could be that I'm still pregnant? We had the first day of the third week of my birth control pack....(exactly one week before the placebo pills).

I just bought my first horse. I'm a seventeen year old confident beginner rider. The woman I bought my horse from used her as a kids lesson horse, said she was dead quiet, 'too lazy' to use in lessons, a 'dead horse', etc . I paid 1000 dollars for her because she sounded perfect, and behaved perfectly when I rode her and when I brought a consultant who rode her as well. I keep her on my nieghbours farm for free, and our agreement was a horse that was okay for small children to ride (for her young daughters). The woman I bought the horse from knew this. She also knew that we had no ring of any kind, she was just gonna be ridden on trails, hacks, and in the pasture. She ured me she was not spooky, a perfect horse for a beginner, only needed a soft snaffle, I could put my non-rider friends on her, etc. Well. We brought her home monday morning, I didn't do anything with her until tuesday afternoon, I just brushed her a bit. This morning I brushed her for about twenty minutes, then my neighbour thought maybe I could go for a quick ride because she was really calm and looking settled and happy. So we tacked her up western. First my neighbour used a leadline and I pony rode for a few minutes in the driveway, then she said I could go up the lane alone (Keep in mind, the woman I bought her from knew I wanted a horse that I could tack up and take out on my own). So I started riding (it's a pretty long lane, I never got to the end of it...), just walking, I thought I'd trot on the way back but walking was fine by me. Eventually she started to try and trot, so I kept pulling her back. I thought she was just excited to be in a new place.She kept doing this, and then she started throwing her head way up (no martingale or anything, she ured us a snaffle would be fine) and she wouldn't stop! I could not control her at all, it was like there was no bit in her mouth! Then she started cantering. It took me a little longer than it should have to realize soomething was definately wrong, that she was not just a quiet old mare (She's seventeen years old!). I was worried she might buck, plus she kept trying to go faster, so I yanked her head around as far as I could. It did nothing. She hopped her hindquarters to straighteen herself out, and then took off at a full gallop off the trail and into a field! I have NEVER galloped on a horse. I've never even cantered except in a ring! I was SO scared. I knew screaming for help would just scare her so I just was like 'Easy, girl! Whoa!' or whatever and just trying to hold on. I tried sitting back and pulling her back but it didn't have an effect on her, so I just focused on holding on. Then she went over the fenceline (thank god there was no logs, barbed wire, etc) and back onto the trail. A couple feet ahead there was like a four ft long puddle, and she JUMPED IT! Like 2 ft or more off the ground, all the way across. I have only ever jumped a 1 foot cross pole fence years ago! I got booted in the tummy with the saddle horn and almost fell off, but luckily I regained balance. By now we were almost home, and luckily she stopped right in front of the pasture. I was so much in shock. I just hopped off, walked her over to my neighbours house and told her daughter who was playing on the deck to run and get her mom, QUICK. I was okay but it was the scariest experience of my life. My neighbours husband rode her afterwards and she took off galloping up the road with him! So it wasn't just me. When I got home I called the woman I bought her from and told her what happened, and she thought it was perfectly fine!! She said 'oh its cuz shes new, she probably panicked in new surroundings'. She did NOT look like she panicked. she made no effort to buck me or anything, honestly, she looked like she was having so much fun! Probably first time she galloped with a rider in months instead of being stuck plodding around a tiny arena. She also was like 'Well, i didn't advertise her as a trail horse!' but she knew thats what I would use her for and said it was fine! I really do not think I should keep this horse. She is not at all a 'safe kids horse'. I just need guidance. The woman doesn't want to buy her back, even though supposedly she had '5 other people who wanted her and would pay more'. I don't know enough about horses to sell. I'm so scared financially. I paid for her myself, I work part time at mcdonalds. Getting a trainer or riding lessons is out of the question! I just feel so cheated and angry. Does anyone have ideas? Thanks

Work place problem and HR won't help! What do I do?

A fellow employee has been causing problems at my work for months and finally it was escalated to HR. After the first time HR called him, he told TWO other co-workers on separate occasions that he was going to physically hurt me and that he "knew people" who would hurt me as well. When I called back to HR they didn't seem to take the threats seriously. They basically were unwilling to do anything about it even though they told me if he retaliated in any way he would be terminated....am I just crazy....are threats not retaliation?? please give me advice on what I should do... should I call again and ask to speak to the HR rep's manager? I had this dream where I was alone at this park with a big black granite or marble world was floating on a huge spout of water. I was taking pictures and all of sudden there was this huge wind storm. It started lifting people off the ground and people were hysterical. Screaming, crying and some laughing. I was not scared, upset or even laughing, strangely calm. I was just taking pictures of all different kinds of emotion and amazed at what I was seeing. That's when someone took my hand and I knew it was someone who has held my hand plenty. I looked to see who it was. It was my ex-boyfriend who moved back to Russia (where he is from). We just looked at each other and smiled. We watched everyone, both of us still calm. The Razor bar is not pneumatic, it's a hand tool. It looks like it goes faster then a roofing spade, but the time required depends on how fast you work. How steep is the roof? There are a lot of factors in play here. Figure on at least a day fro tearoff and cleanup, maybe 2. Hope this helps.

1989 Chevy Silverado the steering column has a 2 piece metal shell just behind the steering wheel.?

It has tilt steering and and wobbles left and right. I know there is a bracket with 4 studs sticking through it that is either broken or the nuts are loose. But the metal shell which I am sure is a theft deterrent prevents the removal of the lock cylinder. The shell has a piece on top and bottom that is about 3 1/2 inches long 1/2" wide and 1/2" high. These 2 pieces seem to hold the shell together. Do you know how to remove the shell and will I be able to reuse the shell if it is removed?

First of all, Delhomme is not out for sure but even if he is, I still like Smith. Weinke will get him the ball enough. Smith can take those 5 to 10 yard pes a long way. Worried about being a mommy?

I am 8 months pregnant with my first child and I am worried about treating her like my stepmom treated me. I was raised by my stepmom and was treated like the typical disney stepchild. she was always short and has a bad temper. She would belittle me and yell at me all the time, no matter what i did. I see myself doing some of the same stuff to my 9 year old nephew. He has ADHD and it can get stressful when i babysit. I feel bad that i lose my temper with him but he also knows what ons to push and he pushes all of them. Please dont be judgemental, i really am worried that i am going to treat my daughter like my stepmom treated me and alienate her. I love her so much already, but i dont know what to expect once she is born. Any advice, please be nice!!

I've played tenor saxophone for almost a year now, but ive played 3 different types of saxophones since 5th grade. Just recently, my tenor has come down with a very stuffy sound, and it is very hard to put air in it. It seems like it is rejecting some of my air. My saxophone is a clic Martin Tenor. How do i take care of cactus house plants? they keep dying. what kind of dirt? how much water? whats wrong?

It is mainly do to the type of soil mixture you have. It should be about 80 to 90% sandy medium. It's best to have them in clay pots as clay pots let the roots breathe and wicks the moisture out keeping the roots from rotting. Plastic pots keep the soil wetter and the soil can't breathe. Water your plants sparingly about twice a month. Make sure it can drain and keep it in in a bright to sunny location. I had a friend who set her weather tool bar for Arizona weather and if it rained there she would water her cactus. Your cactus will take in the moisture and then shut down because it can store water for a long period of time as it doesn't lose moisture through it's stem. If you have to re pot it a little secret is to take a news paper take a few pages and roll it up and wrap it around the cactus as a handle so you can lift it with out get stabbed. This is the plants way of keeping desert animals away from getting eaten for water.

There are good and bad parts in both. London is small enough that you can go one tube stop away and be in a less good area or a better area. Even bad areas have good streets and vice versa. I am 8 dpo - had a positive opt on cd 17 at 10:00 a.m. and another even more positive (darker) opt at 4:30 p.m. Tested again on cd 18 around 10 a.m. and it was still positive not as positive as the one from cd 17 at 4:30 but the same at the one at 10:00. We did the bd on cd 17, 18, 19, and 20 just to be safe. Monday I was exhausted, sore bbs, nauseated at times, light cramping, dizzy, etc. Then yesterday I honestly thought I was going to drown! I was producing so much saliva that I thought I would drown. My bbs were sore and are getting bigger by the minute or so it seems, still some nausea, back aching, etc. I checked my bbt this morning at it's gone from 97.6 to 98.3, it started out before the +opt at around 97.2 then at the +opt it climbed to 97.6 and stayed until today. I am still producing enough saliva that I feel like a komodo dragon or something. I am bloated, sore bbs, dizzy at times. It's too early to take a hpt, right? NEVER put your guinea pigs outside. There are predators, bad storms and extremely hot and cold days that they WILL die from. The ONLY cage i recommend is C and C. You can find cubes in the office storage department at Target or Walmart, 15 dollars!! Don't look in the storage area because i myself couldn't find them there. Coroplast is an average of 20 dollars at a sign shop. Its big enough and is inexpensive compared to commercial bought cages. I just beg you not to put your piggies outside, for your sake and theirs.

Ideas to raise money to rescue dogs from a gas chamber?

There is a dog shelter about an hour away from my home that euthanizes their dogs by carbon monoxide/dioxiode poisoning (gas chamber) instead of a humane injection. I have been trying to raise money to help rescue dogs, but am running out of fundraising ideas since I can't really do anything in the actual community this is taking place. Rule of thumb i was speaking of is very close and will be very close to the heat load on your house with out looking at each and every window which i can't see from here. Most new homes HVAC are designed by a mechical engineer. Specs are put in a blue print and the contractor does not have a choice he bids according to the specs. Sueing for oversized units would be hard, since it needs to be more than less. A typical 4000 sg ft home will need very close to 6.6 tons of cooling which means installing 7 tons of cooling. if your home has two systems it may be 7.5 tons of cooling is correct, So I wouldnt be concerned with the tonage unless you have less then 7 tons or more than 7.5. If it's a non typical 4000 sg ft then I'll check the blue prints and do what the mechnical enigeer said to do. So this goofball's rule of thumb is from 20 years of actually doing it. Sayin 16 seer is no clue how many tons were installed it's just a rating. Possible problems for high humditiy minimal drainage: A-coil is not colder than Dew Point. at 70 degrees 60% humdiditiy dew point is 58 degrees. You need 50 to 55 degree air across coil. Other possible problems for high humidity : improper vent in bathrooms. Now the first tech says yea too big. You haven't said how big they are. third guy calls me a goofball and you need J load. Thinks the blower is set to high. LOL. It's suppose to be on High for cooling. Low or medium for heat. BTW the J is based on average yearly temp so hotter years or colder years the Jload is a little off but it's a very good rule of thumb to go by. If you go thru a subdivision of 3,000 sg ft homes they all have 5 ton units 1200 sg homes they all have 2 ton units um go figure.

Legal help concerning High School Policies and Rules?

Ok people i need some help. I need to know what the limits of a high school rule book and policies are. More and more often im hearing what sounds to me like blatant desregard of basic rights. Its no secret that schools suppress freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and always escalate matters to a higher level than necessary. Why is it that a school administrator can simply call the police and say that a person was being disruptive and can make the police officer give a person a ticket. How is it that, oh say, throwing a piece of paper across the room deserve me getting a ticket for distrubing the piece and nearly getting one for inciting a riot! This is all very true it happened to me during the school year! This is unfair and for some reason they can never be proven wrong. Can the law really be manipulated like that? Ju8t to make examples of students? Just cause the admin. dont like me can they do this?

Anyone ever gotten pregnant 2 days before period?

Hi all. Im a mother of 2 children who has always gotten early pregnancy symptoms although I dobt remember how early. I did get pregnant with my daughter 6 days before af was due. My periods are also very regular. Anyway, I was due for af on the 7th. I had my usual preperiod cramping. I had on the 5th abd 6th and im still waiting for af. Is it even possible I concieved this late in my cycle? If I had cramos doesnt it mean ny body was shedding the egg? im living in madrid atm but going home in a week (finally!). A new room mate has just moved into my flat and it's just the 2 of us. I don't think it's your looks as much as it is your actions that may make you stand out. You should attempt to learn some of the language, at least some basic phrases to get you around. I used to live in Germany, and I don't really see why you would stand out, except as a tourist, if that is how you appear. Just try to act natural and comfortable and it should help you blend in.

I ceased using his plow service in January of 2010 when I noticed him riding by my home periodically, and when he began pulling up in front of my home when either my son or I were out in the yard. I called him yesterday to plow my drive after my boyfriend indicated he would be in gone longer than expected (he usually does the driveway), and I could find no one else to do it. I searched his background after the incident this morning and found out that he has two prior and kidnapping cases as well as 3 for burglary and one for ault. My local police department said that they will take a harment report but they do not seem to comprehend my sense of fear-or the seriousness of the situation-especially given his prior history. What can be done? This man was able to accurately state a lot of things about me that my own mother doesn't even know.

St. Johns is good because there are many mountain trails with rainforest and adventure. St. Thomas has a good nightlife while St. Johns have only Cruz bay, and even though i am not afraid of the islands on the caribbean other than Spanish Town Jamaica and Columbia areas, St. Thomas is considered to be one of the more dangerous islands at night. St. Croix is the islands that i know least about in the USVI but i do know it is known for its size, diving, and beautiful beaches. Im sorry i couldn't help you more but my favorite island is St. Johns because it has a lot of adventure and a modest night life. Good luck finding an island and have a good time in the islands.

Any reptile needs a good amount of heat and no I dont think it would heat it up. My snake needs about the same care and he has a heat lamp, a heating pad and heat rock. Buy a temp thing. It will tell the temp of the tank. Also turning up the heat in the room or putting his tank by the heater could work, not on it and dont turn it full blast or such.
